Endurance Media is a Victoria, BC video production company led by filmmaker Benjamin Farris. We make brand films, commercials, documentaries, corporate and healthcare videos, sports films and wedding films for businesses and people across Vancouver Island, and travel for extended shoots anywhere.
Ben directs, shoots and edits every project himself, bringing in additional crew for larger productions, so the person you plan with is the person behind the camera and in the edit.

How a project works
Conversation. You tell me what the video is for, who it needs to reach and where it will live.
Proposal. I come back with three package options, each solving your challenge to a different level, so you choose the scope and investment that fit.
Pre-production. Concept, interview questions or script, shot list, locations and schedule, planned so the shoot runs smoothly.
Production. Filming on location in Victoria or wherever the story is. One shoot can often produce several videos: a main film plus short cuts for social.
Post-production. Editing, colour grading, sound and music, with revision rounds set by your package, then delivery in the formats you need for web, social or broadcast.
Where we film
Based in Victoria and filming across Greater Victoria, including Saanich, Oak Bay, Esquimalt, View Royal, Langford, Colwood, Sooke, Sidney and the Saanich Peninsula, and up-Island in the Cowichan Valley, Nanaimo, Parksville, the Comox Valley, Campbell River and Tofino. Regular work in Vancouver, and available for extended shoots anywhere.

How long does a video project take?
Anywhere from about two weeks to several months. It depends on the scope of the project, how many shoot days it needs and how far apart they are spread. Tell me your deadline when you inquire and I'll plan around it.
Do you film outside Victoria?
Yes. Endurance Media films across Vancouver Island and in Vancouver, and takes on extended shoots across BC and worldwide.
