The challenge

Dentistry in Victoria is competitive, and patients often choose a clinic before they ever walk through the door. Cook Street Village Dental needed to stand out by showing what a visit there actually feels like: the people, the space and its place in one of Victoria's best-loved neighbourhoods.

What we made

Welcome to Cook Street Village Dental (1:40): narrated by Dr. David Thode, pairing his voiceover with footage of the clinic, the team and the Cook Street Village streetscape, so viewers see exactly the experience they can expect.

A full interview with Dr. Thode, cut into shorter videos covering the clinic's services and the dentist himself.

The result

A library of patient-facing video that sets the clinic apart from its competitors and gives prospective patients a genuine sense of the practice and its dentist before they book.
