Frontrunners is Vancouver Island’s largest local retailer for all things running related since 1988.
The challenge
With new shoes arriving constantly, training programs to fill and community events to promote, Frontrunners needed a steady stream of content showing gear doing what it's made for.
What we made
An ongoing video and photo partnership since 2022: more than 50 short-form social videos and around 10 longer-form films, from new shoe launches to coverage of the Oak Bay Half Marathon. Everything is shot on real runners on real routes around Victoria, with full creative freedom to capture the gear in its natural element.
The result
60+ pieces of content and counting. The partnership also led to two TV commercials for New Balance Victoria, which Frontrunners operates.
